材料 Ingredients

230克五香豆乾 230g Five spice firm tofu
250克毛荳 250g Broad beans
一罐雪裡紅 1 can of pickled potherb mustard
一條紅椒 1 red chilli
蒜頭一湯匙 1 TBS chopped garlic
紅蔥頭一湯匙 1 TBS chopped shallots
薑米一湯匙 1 TBS chopped ginger
素蠔油 一湯匙(普通蠔油也可以) 1 TBS vegetarian / ordinary oyster sauce
一茶匙糖 1 tsp sugar
¼茶匙鹽 1/4 tsp salt
生粉水: 一茶匙生粉+1湯匙水 Potato starch mix: 1 tsp potato starch + 1 TBS water
適量麻油 Some sesame oil
